Sunday, March 13th, 2011:

The Historical Society of Rockland County (HSRC) is pleased to present the Beckerle Family with a Lifetime Service Award during the Annual Dinner 2011. This award is in recognition of the Beckerle’s 70 years of contributing to life in Rockland County, through their chain of well-known ,lumberyards, contracting businesses and other community activities, including their long-time support of historic preservation efforts and for their service to the HSRC. Today their lumberyards operate in Haverstraw, Orangeburg, Congers and Spring Valley. The Annual Dinner 2011 will be held March 13th at The View on the Hudson in Piermont, NY.
